These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of My Mentality (“App”), operated by ML Connect LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You may not:
Misuse the App or its services
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
Use the App in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations
2. Subscriptions
The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions.
Billing
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
The renewal charge will be at the price of the selected subscription plan unless otherwise disclosed.
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
3. No Guarantees
My Mentality is designed to support productivity, organization, accountability, and personal growth.
We do not guarantee any specific results, including but not limited to:
Financial success or income
Career advancement
Fitness or health outcomes
Academic performance
Business growth
Personal achievements
Your results depend on your individual efforts, circumstances, and consistent use of the App.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, functionality, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, and other materials within My Mentality are the exclusive property of ML Connect LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not:
Copy
Reproduce
Modify
Distribute
Publish
Sell
Create derivative works from any portion of the App
without our prior written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ML Connect LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, My Mentality.
Your use of the App is at your own risk.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App, with or without notice, if you:
Violate these Terms
Misuse the App
Engage in activities that may harm the App, its users, or our services
Termination does not limit any other legal rights or remedies available to us.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time.
Any updates will be posted within the App or on our website with a revised Effective Date.
Your continued use of My Mentality after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA)
Use of the App is also subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
